| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación está enfocada en el análisis del contexto social, económico y emocional que orilla a las mujeres a alquilar su vientre en el estado de Tabasco, esto a partir de las experiencias relatadas por mujeres rurales que fueron víctimas de la explotación reproductiva. Para este trabajo se utilizó un criterio de investigación cualitativo, un marco teórico conceptual feminista de la corriente radical, así como la perspectiva de género para la aplicación de la historia de vida a dos mujeres que alquilaron su vientre y entrevistas a profundidad aplicadas a un cónyuge y a informantes clave. Este trabajo demuestra que las mujeres que alquilaron su vientre enfrentaban un contexto económico que las colocó en una situación vulnerable frente a las clínicas y que acceder a la práctica representó beneficios económicos para su cónyuge, visibilizando que las terapias psicológicas de desvinculación poseen efectos negativos para la salud emocional de las mujeres. Asimismo, se demuestra que en Tabasco existen redes de corrupción entre importantes despachos de abogados y el registro civil del estado.
Por otra parte, las estafas realizadas por clínicas a parejas compradoras han decantado en la reubicación del mercado reproductivo en otros estados donde la práctica no es legal como Estado de México o Quinta Roo. Por todo lo anterior, este trabajo establece los términos “Proxeneta Reproductivo” y “Explotación Reproductiva a través de la Mercantilización de la Maternidad y Compraventa de Bebés”. Asimismo, aporta una propuesta de reforma al art. 360 del Código Civil Federal mexicano que establece el derecho a filiación, reconociendo que las mujeres que alquilan su vientre también son madres. _______________ SURROGATE GESTATION IN RURAL COMMUNITIES OF TABASCO: ANALYSIS WITH A FEMINIST GENDER PERSPECTIVE. ABSTRACT: This research is focused on the analysis of the social, economic and emotional context that borders women to rent their womb in the state of Tabasco, based on the experiences reported by rural women who were victims of reproductive exploitation. For this work, a qualitative research criterion was used, a feminist conceptual theoretical framework of the radical current, as well as the gender perspective for the application of the life story to two women who rented their womb and in-depth interviews applied to a spouse and key informants. This work shows that the women who rented their wombs faced an economic context that placed them in a vulnerable situation in front of the clinics and that accessing the practice represented economic benefits for their spouse. In this way, it was made visible that psychological disengagement therapies have negative effects on the emotional health of women. Likewise, it is shown that in Tabasco there are networks of corruption between important law firms and the state civil registry. On the other hand, the scams carried out by clinics on buying couples have led to the relocation of the reproductive market in other states where the practice is not legal, such as the State of Mexico or Quinta Roo. For all of the above, this work establishes the terms "Reproductive Pimp" and "Reproductive Exploitation through the Commodification of Motherhood and Sale of Babies". It also provides a proposal to reform art. 340 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code that establishes the right to filiation, recognizing that women who rent their wombs are also mothers. | es_MX |
