| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la situación actual y perspectivas sobre la ciencia, tecnología e innovación en el sector agroalimentario con la finalidad de proponer estrategia que permitan dinamizar el desarrollo, difusión, adopción y adaptación en los agronegocios mexicanos. Para lograr lo anterior se realizaron cuatro artículos científicos. El primero consistió en realizar un estado del arte o estado actual del conocimiento y los estudios sobre las nuevas tecnologías mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura, con el fin de explorar las tendencias mundiales. En el segundo se analizó el potencial que tiene el sector agroalimentario de México para la adopción de las nuevas tecnologías. En el tercero se efectúa un análisis sobre las capacidades tecnológicas que tiene el sector agroalimentario en México para la adopción de las nuevas tecnologías con la finalidad de predecir la dinámica de su adopción. Finalmente, en el cuarto se realiza una disertación, sobre el comportamiento de la ciencia, tecnología e innovación y su adopción en el sector agroalimentario y el futuro de los agronegocios de México. Los resultados indican que estamos transitando a la agricultura 4.0 y 5.0. Sin embargo, su adopción y adaptación será lenta debido principalmente a dos cuestiones: la primera se relaciona con la infraestructura con la que se cuenta en el sector agroalimentario mexicano y la segunda es que de forma general se tienen pocas capacidades tecnológicas para hacer un uso efectivo del conocimiento, la ciencia, la tecnología y generar innovación. Existen muchas regiones del país en las cuales el desarrollo científico y tecnológico es prácticamente desconocido y las capacidades tecnológicas se concentran en regiones hiperespecializadas orientadas a satisfacer las demandas de los mercados internacionales. No obstante, paulatinamente se iniciará una reconfiguración en prácticamente todo el sector agroalimentario y en los agronegocios por la adopción de las nuevas tecnologías, claro con matices muy diferentes de acuerdo con sus capacidades, posibilidades y necesidades. _______________ TRENDS IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR AND AGRIBUSINESS IN MEXICO. ABSTRACT: The aim of this research was to evaluate the current situation and perspectives on science, technology and innovation in the agri-food sector with the purpose of proposing strategies that allow to stimulate the development, diffusion, adoption and adaptation in Mexican agribusiness. To achieve this, four scientific articles were made. The first consisted of carrying out a state of the art or current state of knowledge and studies on new technologies through a systematic literature review, in order to explore world trends. In the second, the potential of the Mexican agri-food sector for the adoption of new technologies was analyzed. In the third, an analysis is carried out on the technological capacities of the agri-food sector in Mexico for the adoption of new technologies in order to predict the dynamics of their adoption. Finally, in the fourth, a dissertation is made, on the behavior of science, technology and innovation and its adoption in the agri-food sector and the future of agribusiness in Mexico. The results indicate that we are transitioning to agriculture 4.0 and 5.0. However, its adoption and adaptation will be slow mainly due to two issues: the first is related to the infrastructure available in the Mexican agri-food sector and the second is that in general there are few technological capabilities to make effective use of the knowledge, science, technology and generate innovation. There are many regions of the country in which scientific and technological development is practically unknown and technological capacities are concentrated in hyper-specialized regions oriented to satisfy the demands of international markets.
