| dc.description.abstract | La importancia de las hortalizas en el municipio de Tepetitla de Lardizábal, Tlaxcala es considerable; en los últimos años se ha tenido que implementar la producción de cultivos rentables como hortalizas que puedan ser establecidos en superficies pequeñas esto debido a que la tenencia de la tierra en el lugar de estudio es en su mayoría minifundio, es por eso que varios productores han optado por producir el tomate de cáscara como alternativa a los cultivos tradicionales como la producción de maíz. Esta investigación calcula tres medidas de ganancia del cultivo de tomate de cáscara en la zona de Tepetitla de Lardizábal, Tlaxcala. La presente investigación permitirá conocer la rentabilidad del cultivo de tomate de cáscara en comparación con la producción de maíz, así mismo la importancia económica, a través de la determinación de tres medidas de ganancia: ingreso neto efectivo, ingreso neto por hectárea e ingreso a la mano de obra y a la administración, determinados mediante un estudio de caso a través del método de presupuesto y las funciones lineales de costos e ingresos. Considerando lo anterior es necesario revisar y analizar las opciones de producción que le permitan al productor generar una ganancia y en consecuencia representen una oportunidad de rentabilidad en la producción de determinados cultivos en este caso el cultivo de tomate de cáscara, que para la especie del presente estudio es utilizada principalmente en la alimentación humana y es un sustituto importante del cultivo de jitomate. _______________ THREE MEASURES OF GAIN IN HUSK TOMATO (Physalis ixocarpa Brot.); CASE STUDY IN TEPETITLA DE LARDIZÁBAL, TLAXCALA. ABSTRACT: The importance of vegetables in the municipality of Tepetitla de Lardizábal, Tlaxcala is considerable; In recent years, it has been necessary to implement the production of profitable crops such as vegetables that can be established on small surfaces, this is due to the fact that the land tenure in the place of study is mostly smallholdings, that is why several producers have opted to produce the husk tomato as an alternative to traditional crops such as corn production. This research calculates three measures of profit from husk tomato cultivation in the area of Tepetitla de Lardizábal, Tlaxcala. The present investigation will allow to know the profitability of the husk tomato crop in comparison with the production of corn, as well as the economic importance, through the determination of three measures of profit: effective net income, net income per hectare and income to the farm, labor and administration, determined through a case study through the budget method and the linear functions of costs and income.
