| dc.description.abstract | Desde la teoría del desarrollo humano, la educación influye positivamente en la calidad de vida de las personas, la igualdad de oportunidades y el desarrollo de los individuos en su doble realización: personal y social. Para este fin, se requiere una educación que proporcione herramientas que permitan al estudiantado alcanzar su desarrollo, de acuerdo con sus necesidades, características, circunstancias, capacidades e intereses. En este sentido, las Instituciones de Educación Superior, tienen en su razón de ser, una corresponsabilidad que las vincula con la sociedad y el desarrollo de sus integrantes, a través de la creación de programas pertinentes a las realidades sociales y los contextos. Sin embargo, en México, las desigualdades en educación incluyen asimetrías económicas, sociales, culturales y de género entre otras, las cuales impactan de manera más profunda en poblaciones vulnerables. El Instituto de Educación Digital del Estado de Puebla Campus Manuel Espinosa Yglesias, ubicado en la comunidad de Chachapa, Amozoc, Puebla. se presenta como una opción para culminar estudios de nivel superior, por lo que, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer si su modelo educativo es valorado por su estudiantado como una opción de formación en educación superior pertinente, que favorezca su desarrollo personal y académico. La investigación se abordó desde un enfoque cualitativo de carácter explicativo, empleando el cuestionario semiestructurado, como herramienta de recolección de información desde la plataforma de Google Forms, con la participación de 31 estudiantes del noveno cuatrimestre de las licenciaturas de Pedagogía y Derecho. Los resultados muestran elementos claves con los cuales se sienten beneficiados sus estudiantes, como la posibilidad de continuar sus estudios, obtener un empleo o mejorar sus condiciones laborales actuales, acciones que en conjunto permiten mejorar su calidad de vida. Se concluye que, si bien la tarea de satisfacer expectativas de orígenes tan diversos no es tarea fácil, los datos obtenidos mediante este estudio, demuestran que el IEDEP en la medida de sus posibilidades y limitaciones ha cumplido con dicha tarea, pues sus estudiantes en su mayoría expresan sentirse satisfechos con la formación que recibieron, desarrollaron el sentido de pertenencia y se sienten beneficiados y cómodos con la flexibilidad de su modelo educativo. _______________ PERSONAL AND ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH HIGHER EDUCATION. CASE INSTITUTE OF DIGITAL EDUCATION OF THE STATE OF PUEBLA CAMPUS MANUEL ESPINOSA YGLESIAS IN THE COMMUNITY OF CHACHAPA, AMOZOC, PUEBLA. ABSTRACT: Since the theory of human development, the education positively influences the quality on people´s life, equal opportunities and the development of individuals in their personal and social fulfillment. To this aim, education is required to provide the necessary tools that allow studentship to achieve its development, according to its needs, characteristics, circumstances, abilities and interests. In this sense, Higher Education Institutions have, in their raison for being, a co-responsibility that links them with the society and the development of its members, through the creation of relevant programs for the contexts and to social realities. However, in Mexico, inequality in education includes economic, social, cultural and gender asymmetries, among others, which has a deeper impact on the vulnerable population. The Institute of Digital Education of the State of Puebla Campus Manuel Espinosa Yglesias, located in the community of Chachapa, Amozoc, Puebla. is presented as an option to complete higher level studies, therefore, the present work aims to know if your educational model is valued by the students as a training option in relevant higher education, which favors their personal and academic development. The research was focused from a qualitative approach of explanatory nature, using the semi-structured questionnaire, as a tool for collecting information from the Google Forms platform, with the participation of 31 students from the ninth semester of the Pedagogy and Law of bachelor degrees. The results show key elements with which their students feel benefited, such as the possibility of continuing their studies, obtaining a job or improving their current working conditions, actions that together allow them to improve their quality of life. It is concluded that, although the task of satisfying expectations from such diverse backgrounds is not an easy task, the data obtained through this study show that the IEDEP to the extent of its possibilities and limitations has fulfilled this task, since its students mostly express feeling satisfied with the training they received, developed the sense of belonging and feel benefited and comfortable with the flexibility of their educational model. | es_MX |
