| dc.description.abstract | Entre los retos que enfrenta la humanidad se encuentran el acceso a agua potable, accesible, disponible y no contaminada. En los territorios de pueblos indígenas se capta una importante cantidad de agua. Y estos mismos grupos usan y manejan el líquido con recursos propios, marcos normativos propios y sin reconocimiento legal, en donde muchas veces se ha observado un uso más eficiente y equitativo. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar los elementos culturales y la red de relaciones que subyacen al uso y manejo del agua para uso doméstico en un estudio de caso. Se seleccionaron seis localidades del municipio de Santa María Teopoxco, Oaxaca. Se utilizó el método cualitativo con una metodología etnográfica, las técnicas de recolección fueron: observación participante, recorridos de campo, entrevistas semiestructuradas a personajes clave en las localidades y se trabajó con grupos focales. Como resultados, se elaboró una historia del uso y manejo del agua en el municipio. Además, identificamos la continuidad y las rupturas en torno a las representaciones sociales que se tienen del agua. También, reconocimos el sistema de reciprocidad generalizada como un modelo teórico que permite explicar la propagación y la reproducción al interior del sistema del gobierno indígena mexicano y en el tiempo. E identificamos al sistema de gobierno indígena mexicano como un sistema dinámico en el tiempo y dentro de los elementos que conforman el sistema. Además, precisamos que la reciprocidad es un principio rector en la dinámica social. Los resultados de esta investigación permiten cuestionar el concepto ontológico del agua como recurso, de los comités. Concluyendo que, tanto el concepto del agua como de los comités deben abordarse desde una perspectiva relacional, lo cual nos permitiría entender la reproducción de los sistemas de organización indígena para el uso y manejo del agua. _______________ ORGANIZATION SYSTEM IN THE MANAGEMENT OF WATER FOR DOMESTIC USE. ABSTRACT : Among the major challenges humanity faces is the access to clean, accessible, available and uncontaminated water. A lot of water is captured in indigenous people territories, these groups use and manage the liquid with their own resources, their own regulatory frameworks and without legal recognition; some reports say that doing this they often have a more efficient and equitable use of the resources. The objective of this research is to explain the cultural elements and the network of the relationships that underlie the collective action of the use and management of water in a case study. Six locations were chosen in the municipality of Santa María Teopoxco, Oaxaca. The qualitative method was used, and the following techniques: field visits, semi-structured interviews with key figures in the localities and focal groups. As a result, it was made a history of the use and management of water in the municipality. In addition, we identify the continuities and ruptures around the social representations of water. Also, we identify the generalized reciprocity system as a theoretical model that allows us to explain the propagation and reproduction within the Mexican indigenous government system, however, we identify that this model is dynamic, due to the interactions between subjects and organizations that modify the own system, wherein the reciprocity is a guiding principle in social dynamic. The results of this research made us question the ontological concept of water and the committees; and we also question its methodological approach. We conclude that both, the concept of water and the committees, must be approached from a relational perspective, which would allow us to understand the reproduction of indigenous organizational systems for the use and management of water. | es_MX |
