Evaluación de tres sistemas de producción de fresa (Fragaria vesca L.).

Abstract

Se realizó un experimento para evaluar tres sistemas de producción de fresa (Fragaria vesca L.) utilizando dos variedades Camino Real y CP Zamorana, con tres sistemas de riego, Aeroponía vertical, película nutritiva (NFT) y riego por goteo en sustrato tezontle, establecidos en invernadero. Se aplicó solución nutritiva Steiner al 50%, en un diseño experimental factorial 2 x3 (dos variedades y tres sistemas de riego), con un arreglo de bloque al azar, esto con el objetivo de evaluar en qué sistema se desarrollan mejor las plantas, se produce más y se tiene frutos de mayor calidad. Se evaluó número de hojas, número de flores y frutos, diámetro de corona (tallo) y peso de producción. En el fruto se evaluó, diámetro ecuatorial, grados Brix y daños físicos y mecánicos. Las evaluaciones se hicieron cada ocho días a partir de los 91 hasta los 169 días después de la siembra (DDS). Se realizaron 16 cortes de fruto en el sistema de riego por goteo, 8 cortes para NFT y solo 3 cortes para aeroponíavertical . En el sistema de riego por goteo se obtuvieron plantas con mayor número de hojas, mayor número de frutos y mayor diámetro de corona en comparación con los otros sistemas NFT y aeroponia .Se tuvo los mejores resultados en cuanto a producción y calidad de frutos en el sistema de riego por goteó, obteniendo frutos hasta de 30 gr con grados Brix entre 8 y 9, en comparación con el sistema NFT donde se obtuvieron frutos de 11 gr y 10 grados Brix en promedio y el sistema de aeroponía con frutos de 5 gr y con 12 grados Brix en promedio. _______________ EVALUATION OF THREE STRAWBERRY PRODUCTION SYSTEMS (FRAGARIA VESCA L.).
