Procesos familiares en las agroindustrias rurales amaranteras, Tulyehualco, D F, México La construcción social de la realidad

Abstract

Los estudios de la familia permiten conocer sus dinámicas internas que pueden ayudar a establecer programas públicos para atender mejor sus necesidades, con el fin de buscar un desarrollo integral. A su vez, el entender los procesos familiares es importante porque es como pueden identificarse las interacciones y relaciones familiares que se tipifican en sus actividades y que reproducen en su vida cotidiana. Este trabajo de investigación se realizó mediante la perspectiva teórica de la construcción social de la realidad que permitió visualizar y comprender los procesos familiares que ocurren entre las familias amaranteras, sus interacciones entre los integrantes de la familia, sus formas de organización, interiorización y participación de cada uno de los miembros en las actividades productivas que va desde la producción primaria hasta la agregación del valor lo que ha permitido que la producción de amaranto continúe. Los objetivos de este trabajo de investigación fueron: analizar los procesos familiares en las familias amaranteras de Santiago Tulyehualco, Ciudad de México, que les permiten la construcción de su realidad social en su vida cotidiana y generar el método adecuado para este tipo de investigaciones. Este trabajo se realizó aplicando los enfoques cualitativo (historia de vida) y cuantitativo (encuesta), mediante entrevistas semi estructuradas y la aplicación de cuestionarios. Los procesos familiares que se abordaron fueron: la identidad, la responsabilidad y la negociación, estrategias familiares y arreglos familiares son elementos que construyen a que las familias amaranteras continúen con su cultura y sociedad para la producción de amaranto. A través de su pertenencia, reconocimiento e identificación dentro y fuera del grupo familiar; su preferencia y disponibilidad vinculada a la persistencia y la continuidad de la cultura; además, del conocimiento de habilidades y debilidades de los miembros de la familia; dentro de la organización de las actividades productivas del amaranto. El proceso de socialización secundaria es importante porque en éste se definen y se interiorizan el rol de cada uno, así como las actividades productivas, que influyen en la organización de las mismas. Finalmente, la construcción de los procesos familiares contribuyen en la organización de la agroindustria a través de las interacciones y arreglos familiares con la actividad productiva, de esta forma se visualiza y se comprende la relación familia-agroindustria. _______________ FAMILY PROCESSES IN AGROINDUSTRY RURAL AMARANTERAS, TULYEHUALCO, D. And their interactions among the members of the family, their forms of organization, their interiorization and participation of each one of the members the productive activities, that go from the primary production until the aggregation of the value, what has allowed that the production of amaranth continue. The objectives of this research work were to analyze the family processes in the amaranteras families of Santiago Tulyehualco, México city that allow them to construct the social reality in the daily life and general the adequate method for this type of research. This work is carried out applying the qualitative (life stories) and quantitative (surveys) approaches, through semi- structured interviews and the application of questionnaires. The family processes that were address: identity, responsibility and negotiation, family arrangements are elements that build family members continue with their culture and society for the production of amaranth. Through their belonging, recognition and identification inside and outside the family group; his preference and availability linked to the persistence and continuity of culture; in addition, knowledge of the abilities and weaknesses of family members; within the organization of the amaranth's productive activities. The process of secondary socialization is important because in it the role of each one defined and internalized, as well as the productive activities that influence the organization of them. Finally, the construction of family processes contribute to the organization of agroindustry through family interactions and arrangements with productive activity, thus visualizing and understanding the family-agroindustry relations
