Cohesión social de la organización del grupo de acción local de Texcoco: productora de flores selectas de Tequexquinahuac, SPR, RL

Abstract

La investigación surge en el contexto del Grupo de Acción Local de Texcoco un programa que se implementó tomando como punto de partida el esquema de LEADER (Relaciones entre Actividades de Desarrollo de la Economía Rural), mismo que es utilizado en la Unión Europea para llevar a cabo acciones de desarrollo rural en lugares donde la situación económica y social es precaria. El objetivo fue conocer el grado de cohesión social que está presente en la Productora de Flores Selectas de Tequexquinahuac SPR, RL con base en tres elementos claves: identidad, confianza e interés. La información se adquirió mediante la aplicación de cuestionario, de los 20 socios que conforman la organización, entrevistas informales y la observación participante. El análisis de la información se llevó a cabo usando el programa estadístico DYANE; la discusión de resultados retoma categorías de autores utilizados en la revisión de literatura. Se concluye que la Productora de Flores Selectas de Tequexquinahuac SPR, RL, es una organización que presenta un grado de cohesión elevado en función de los elementos que se utilizaron para su análisis. _______________ SOCIAL COHESION OF THE ORGANIZATION IN THE GROUP OF LOCAL ACTION IN TEXCOCO: FLOWERS SELECTED SOCIETY OF TEQUEXQUINAHUAC, SPR, RL. ABSTRACT: The research arises in the context of the Group of Local Action in Texcoco, a program that is implemented using as starting point, the scheme of LEADER (Relationship between Activities of Rural Economy Development), same used in the European Union to carry out rural development activities in places where the social and economic situation is precarious. The objective was to determine the degree of social cohesion that is present in the flowers selected society of Tequexquinahuac, SPR, RL, based on three key elements: identity, confidence and interest. The information was obtained by applying the questionnaire of the 20 members who make up the organization, informal interviews and personal observation. The data analysis was performed using the statistical program DYANE, and discussion of results takes categories of authors used in the literature review. It is concluded that the flowers selected society of Tequexquinahuac, SPR, RL is an organization that has a high degree of cohesion according to the elements used for this analysis.
