Conciencia y desarrollo: El caso de la organización leche cremosa SSS en Nazareno Etla, Oaxaca, México

Abstract

La conciencia supone la conformación de un sistema en el cual se basan aquellas decisiones que implican actitudes y comportamientos, incluye seis componentes: la concepción general que una persona puede tener de un objeto de estudio cualquiera, la información o datos que tenga de él, el conocimiento del objeto que crea entendimiento, todas las explicaciones o respuestas a los porqués de ese objeto, los sentimientos o vínculos emocionales entre la persona y el objeto de estudio, y la valoración de dicho objeto en términos de positivo y negativo. La naturaleza humana, por otro lado es el conjunto de características inherentes y distintivas que incluyen la manera de pensar, sentir y actuar que los humanos tendemos a tener, expresado en su capacidad creativa y su sentido de trascendencia entendiendo que algo es trascendente si juega un rol en la manera en que la mente “constituye” objetos y hace posible para nosotros experimentarlos como objetos en primera instancia El problema de investigación abordado es que no se conoce el nivel de desarrollo de la conciencia de los socios con respecto a la organización ni el grado de desarrollo de la naturaleza humana de los socios de Leche Cremosa SSS y las hipótesis a probar sostienen que a mayor nivel de conciencia mayor claridad y precisión en la concepción de la organización y a mayor grado de desarrollo de la naturaleza humana de un socio, será mayor su participación en la organización Leche cremosa. Los resultados muestran que las actitudes y comportamientos influyen en la formación de la conciencia y se manifiesta en las evidencias del grado de desarrollo de la naturaleza humana de los individuos. También que la cercanía a la organización en roles diferentes son condiciones que repercuten en la explicación y trascendencia sobre ella y sobre sí mismos en la autoconciencia. _______________ CONSCIOUSNESS AND DEVELOPMENT: THE CASE OF THE ORGANIZATION “LECHE CREMOSA S.S.S.” IN NAZARENO ETLA, OAXACA, MÉXICO. ABSTRACT: The consciousness, involves the formation of a consistent system in which to base decisions concerning attitudes and behaviors, this system includes six components: the general conception that a person can have of any study object, the information or data about this object, the knowledge that creates understanding, all the explanations or answers to the why?, the feelings or emotional links between this subject and the study object and the valuation of the object in terms of negative or positive. The human nature in the other hand, is the set of inherent distinguishing characteristics, including ways of thinking, feeling and acting, that humans tend to have, expressed in his creativity level and his sense of transcendence, understanding that something is transcendental if it plays a role in the way in which the mind "constitutes" objects and makes it possible for us to experience them as objects in the first place. The investigation problem is that we don’t know the consciousness level of the partners, regarding their organization, not even knows the human nature development degree of this individuals, and the hypothesis we want to prove supports that a higher level of consciousness belongs a greater clarity and precision in the conception of the organization, and a higher level of participation in “Leche Cremosa SSS”. The result shows that the attitudes and behaviors have influence in the construction of the consciousness and they express in evidences of the human nature development degree of the individuals. As well that the closeness to the organization in different roles are conditions to have an effect in the explanation and transcendence about her and about themselves in the auto-consciousness.
