| dc.description.abstract | Las mujeres que deciden emprender una actividad por su cuenta se enfrentan a grandes retos para su participación en organizaciones que les permitan desempeñar sus actividades con igualdad de condiciones de trabajo y calidad de vida. Entre estos diversos retos se encuentran los derivados de las condicionantes de roles de género, culturales y sociales. En la presente investigación se analizan los beneficios y dificultades de las mujeres en su participación en el Tianguis Natural y Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc para el desarrollo local, económico y turístico del municipio de Tepetlaoxtoc, Estado de México. El objetivo de estudio, es generar conocimiento sobre los factores potenciales para el desarrollo a partir de la estructura organizacional del Tianguis Natural y Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc en relación al desarrollo Local, el posible crecimiento económico individual y colectivo y la propuesta de la oferta turística. Desde la perspectiva de género se utilizaron herramientas metodológicas como: las entrevistas a profundidad, la observación participante, las entrevistas semiestructuradas, y el taller de estándar de competencias EC0217, el cual facilitó la reflexión y se obtuvo información sobre procesos de organización y participación dentro del Tianguis Natural y Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc. El trabajo de investigación permitió conocer la situación de la igualdad de género que las mujeres productoras de la organización viven dentro de Tianguis Natural y Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc, así mismo conocer el crecimiento económico individual y colectivo que han alcanzado a través de su participación dentro de dicho Tianguis, mejorando sus condiciones de vida caracterizado como estrategia para la atracción turística, el desarrollo local y económico del municipio. Durante la investigación se observó que el liderazgo, la capacidad de emprendimiento y la resiliencia de las mujeres para salir adelante por su cuenta, rompen con las formas tradicionales que ejercen los sistemas de roles de género. _______________ GENDER EQUALITY IN THE LOCAL, ECONOMIC AND TOURIST DEVELOPMENT OF TEPETLAOXTOC, STATE OF MEXICO. The objective of the study is to generate knowledge about the potential factors for development based on the organizational structure of the Tianguis Natural and Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc in relation to Local Development, the possible individual and collective economic growth and the proposal of the tourist offer. From the gender perspective, methodological tools were used such as: in-depth interviews, participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and the workshop on skills standard EC0217, which facilitated reflection and information was obtained on organizational and participation processes within the Tianguis Natural and Artisan Tepetlaoxtoc. The research work allowed to know the situation of gender equality that the women producers of the organization live within Tianguis Natural and Artesanal Tepetlaoxtoc, as well as to know the individual and collective economic growth that they have achieved through their participation within said Tianguis, improving their living conditions characterized as a strategy for tourist attraction, local and economic development of the municipality. During the investigation, it was observed that the leadership, entrepreneurship and resilience of women to get ahead on their own, break with the traditional ways that gender role systems exercise. | es_MX |
