| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la investigación de tesis fue identificar la valoración del trabajo doméstico remunerado y no remunerado que tienen mujeres rurales e indígenas, trabajadoras del hogar en un entorno multisituado, y su percepción sobre la significación que tienen respecto a sus aportaciones laborales y económicas los y las integrantes de su grupo doméstico y sus empleadoras. Se analizó la dinámica de sus relaciones y los diferentes tipos de violencia que viven, incluso la simbólica a través de su acceso a medios de comunicación. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a 13 mujeres trabajadoras de hogar, y se realizó un análisis interpretativo de sus testimonios. El estudio se ubicó en un espacio multisituado en la ciudad de Puebla, a donde acuden a laborar desde las localidades rurales de origen, ubicadas en los municipios poblanos de Acajete, Nopalucan, Puebla, Amozoc, Cuetzálan, San Andrés Cholula, Amozoc y Tzompantepec, Tlax. En las participantes del estudio, se identificó la autovaloración del trabajo doméstico y de cuidado remunerado y no remunerado que realizan, asociado al aporte económico que brindan a sus grupos domésticos. En la valoración externa, consideran que no tienen reconocimiento y esto las afecta emocionalmente y en sus relaciones con integrantes de su grupo doméstico. Con sus empleadoras, identificaron reconocimiento, pero también violencia y discriminación. Se identificó la precariedad de los empleos, violencia estructural, de clase y etnia en las relaciones sociales que establecen en entornos de origen y urbanos y de violencia simbólica en programas televisivos donde se reproducen estereotipos y mandatos de género que reafirman la ubicación social y escasa valoración del trabajo doméstico y de los aportes de las trabajadoras de hogar. _______________ SOCIAL VALUATION OF PAID AND UNPAID DOMESTIC WORK OF RURAL WOMEN, IN A MULTI-SITUATED ENVIRONMENT IN PUEBLA, MEXICO. ABSTRACT: The objective of the thesis research was to identify the valuation of paid and unpaid domestic work that rural and indigenous women have, domestic workers in a multi-sited environment, and their perception of the significance that women and men have regarding their labor and economic contributions, the members of their domestic group and their employers. The dynamics of their relationships and the different types of violence they experience were analyzed, including symbolic violence through their access to the media. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 women domestic workers, and an interpretive analysis of their testimonies was carried out. The study was carried out in a multi-located space in the city of Puebla, where they go to work and, the rural localities of origin, located in the municipalities of Acajete, Nopalucan, Puebla, Amozoc, Cuetzálan, San Andrés Cholula, Amozoc and Tzompantepec, Tlax. In the participants of the study, the self-assessment of paid and unpaid domestic and care work that they perform was identified, associated with the economic contribution they make to their domestic groups. In the external assessment, they consider that they are not recognized and this affects them emotionally and in their relationships with members of their domestic group. With their employers, they identified recognition but violence and discrimination as well. The precariousness of jobs, structural, class and ethnic violence in the social relations established in original and urban environments and symbolic violence were identified in television programs where mandates and stereotypes of gender are reproduced and reaffirm the social location on domestic workers and the lack of valuation of their work. | es_MX |
