Modelo integrativo de gestión en Santa Ana Tavela, Yautepec, Oaxaca.

Abstract

Dentro de las fuentes de financiamiento, el crédito es la fuente que más impacta en el Desarrollo rural. Así Para Muhammad Yunus, el crédito es uno de los derechos de la humanidad, y la falta de éste coloca a la gente pobre en desventaja. Con el objetivo de Determinar un Modelo Integrativo de Desarrollo comunitario integrativo que los propios pobladores deberán gestionar, en donde uno de los principales factores sea el Crédito Agrícola que responda a las necesidades y características propias del municipio de Santa Ana Tavela, Oaxaca, el diagnóstico se desarrolló bajo un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo y cualitativo con base en una encuesta que contempló 4 rubros de información y son los siguientes: información general, organización, financiamiento y territorio, El universo de estudio en esta investigación son los Productores Agrícolas del Municipio de Santa Ana Tavela, Yautepec, Oaxaca, zona de transición entre los mixes y los zapotecos. La investigación se realizó dando como resultados que; El 82% de los encuestados mencionan que no han solicitado créditos para sus actividades productivas, contra un 18 % que afirma haber solicitado alguna vez un crédito. Cuando necesitan un crédito no acuden a fuentes formales de financiamiento, sino a fuentes informales como: Prestamistas particulares, Amigos o familiares, Crédito de bienes en especie (semilla, fertilizantes o renta de maquinaria).El compromiso moral y la carga psicológica son mayores al beneficio que les reporta tener dinero líquido en sus manos para invertir en sus actividades agrícolas. El 75 % de los productores encuestados si ahorra, y el 25 % afirma que sus ingresos no son suficientes para ahorrar. La forma de ahorro que más impacta en el municipio es un sistema de cooperativismo que subsiste en el municipio y es el sistema de Ayuda mutua, llamado coloquialmente “MANO CON MANO“. _______________ INTEGRATIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL IN SANTA ANA TAVELA, YAUTEPEC, OAXACA. The form of saving that most impacts in the municipality is a system of cooperativism that subsists in the municipality and is the mutual aid system, colloquially called "HAND WITH HAND".
