| dc.description.abstract | En la región, Matagalpa y Jinotega, se genera información de diferentes temáticas, técnicas agropecuarias, comercialización, salubridad, protección del medio ambiente, entre otras, pero la información es escasa, dispersa y no es completamente accesible a la población, no existe en la región un centro donde se gestione, procese y difunda investigación sobre los diferentes procesos de desarrollo rural. Ésta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar las organizaciones de promoción al desarrollo rural en la región, Matagalpa y Jinotega, sus limitantes técnicas y organizativas, en la consecución de sus objetivos, que justifique la potencial demanda para la creación de un Centro de Investigación Multidisciplinaria en Desarrollo Rural. Se aplicó una encuesta intencional a 29 Instituciones, Estatales, ONG, Gremiales, Corporativas y Cooperativas, la que contenía preguntas de naturaleza cuantitativa y cualitativa. Los principales resultados de la investigación reflejan que existen limitantes para desarrollar investigación: de infraestructura, recursos financieros, capacidades humanas para enfrentar las demandas de la población de ser sus propios gestores de desarrollo. Los profesionales demandan más conocimiento sobre algunos temas como sistematización de experiencias, evaluación de proyectos, entre otros. Las instituciones expresan que es prioritaria la creación de un centro de investigación, así como el compromiso de alianzas con este. La conclusión de este estudio nos refleja que se hace preciso la creación de un centro de investigación en donde además de generarse nueva información, se pueda recopilar datos, investigaciones de todas las ciencias que tienen que ver con el desarrollo rural, tecnologías que contribuyan a desarrollar las capacidades humanas y a la sinergia entre los actores que inciden en la región. _______________ TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR THE CREATION OF A CENTRE FOR RESEARCH IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE NORTH OF THE COUNTRY, MATAGALPA - JINOTEGA, 2010. ABSTRACT: In the region, Matagalpa and Jinotega, generates information from different themes, agricultural techniques, marketing, health, protection of the environment, among others, but information is scarce, scattered and is not completely accessible to the population, does not exist in the region a centre where you manage, process and disseminate research on different rural development processes. This research aims to identify organizations in promoting rural development in the region, Matagalpa and Jinotega, its technical and organisational, constraints on the achievement of its objectives, to justify the potential demand for the creation of a centre of multidisciplinary research in rural development. Applied an intentionally survey 29 institutions, State, NGO, Gremiales, corporate, and cooperative, which contained questions of qualitative and quantitative nature. The main research results reflect that there are limitations to develop research: infrastructure, financial resources, human capacities to meet the demands of the population being their own development managers. Professionals require more knowledge about certain topics as systematization of experiences, evaluation projects, among others. Institutions express be priority creating an Research Centre, as well as partnerships with this commitment. The conclusion of this study reflects us requires the creation of a research centre where addition of generating new information, you can collect data, all of the sciences that relate to rural development, research technologies that contribute to the synergy between the actors involved in the region and human capacity development. | es |
