Impacto del modelo MAP (Microrregión de Atención Prioritaria) del Colegio de Postgraduados en la región central de Veracruz.

Abstract

Los modelos de trasferencia de tecnología agrícola en México, han representado de manera histórica una serie de esfuerzos que en numerosas ocasiones no han logrados permear en los agroecosistemas, del mismo modo y acompañando a dichos modelos las estrategias institucionales de vinculación han representado años de esfuerzo con resultados poco alentadores. En el estado de Veracruz, y en especial en la zona centro del estado, el Colegio de Postgraduados Campus Veracruz, a través del programa denominado Microrregión de Atención Prioritario (MAP-Angostillo), ha conducido numerosos esfuerzos de vinculación, transferencia de tecnología agrícola e investigaciones con alumnos de posgrado. Por lo anterior, el objetivo del presente trabajo fue analizar el impacto de las acciones de la MAP-Angostillo desde las dimensiones social, ambiental, económico y productivo bajo la percepción de productores y los académicos participantes. Para ello, se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas a ambos entes sociales, y los datos fueron analizados desde el enfoque mixto. Se encontraron diferencias significativas entre la intención de volver a participar en proyectos relacionados con la MAP-Angostillo, correlacionado con el 60% de los participantes recibieron alguna remuneración económica. _______________ IMPACT OF THE MAP MODEL (MICRORREGION OF PRIORITY ATTENTION) OF THE POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL IN THE CENTRAL REGION OF VERACRUZ. ABSTRACT: The models of agricultural technology transfer in Mexico have represented in a historical way a series of efforts that in numerous occasions have not managed to permeate in the agroecosystems, in the same way and accompanying these models the institutional strategies of linkage have represented years of effort with not encouraging results. In the state of Veracruz, and especially in the central zone of the state, the Postgraduate School Veracruz Campus, through the program called Microregion of Priority Care (MAP-Angostillo), has led numerous efforts of linkage, transfer of agricultural technology and research with posed students. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyze the impact of MAP-Angostillo actions from the social, environmental, economic and productive dimensions, under the perception of producers and participating academics. To do this, surveys and interviews were conducted with both social entities, and the data was analyzed from the mixed approach. Significant differences were found between the intentions to return to participate in projects related to the MAP-Angostillo, correlated with 60% of the participants received some economic compensation.
