Valoración económica de la cuota de operación del Distrito de Riego 001 Pabellón, Aguascalientes.

Abstract

El Distrito de Riego 001 es el primer distrito de riego en el país en el cual se aplica un proyecto de modernización y tecnificación del riego, el distrito esta pasando por la adaptación de los usuarios al sistema de entrega de agua mediante tuberías, con este nuevo esquema de entrega de agua, los usuarios realizaron un cambio de cuota de riego sin contemplar los costos de administración, operación y mantenimiento de la nueva infraestructura. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo calcular el costo real de la tarifa por servicio de riego en función de los costos de administración, operación y mantenimiento de la zona que actualmente cuenta con riego tecnificado en el distrito. Para desarrollar la investigación, se utilizaron los costos para cada concepto durante el último año agrícola reportado (2016-2017), al igual que los costos, se utilizó datos hidrométricos del volumen suministrado en el mismo periodo Dando como resultado que para la zona tecnificada hasta el año 2017, se presenta un costo total de $ 4,266,457.22 y un volumen repartido de 6,467,861 de m3 , estos datos arrojan que el valor real de un m3 en el distrito de riego es igual a $ 0.66/m3 , este valor esta por encima de la cuota actual que es de $ 0.45/m3 , lo que demuestra la importancia del subsidio que recibe la asociación por parte de la Conagua y que hasta el año 2017 y con la cuota de riego cobrada el distrito de riego es insostenible para los usuarios. _______________ ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF THE OPERATING QUOTA OF THE IRRIGATION DISTRICT 001 PABELLÓN, AGUASCALIENTES. ABSTRACT: The District of Irrigation 001 is the first irrigation district in the country in which a modernization and irrigation technification project is applied, the district is going through the adaptation of the users to the water delivery system through pipelines, with this new water delivery scheme, users made a change in irrigation quota without considering the costs of administration, operation and maintenance of the new infrastructure.
